Terms of Service
There are certain terms and conditions that apply to our services and we recommend familiarising yourself with them before booking a service.

1. Filling in a service request form does not guarantee a booking for the selected day. Once we have received your form, we will contact you within 24 hours to ask more questions if needed and confirm or reject the booking based on our availability.

2. Listed prices on our website are only to guide you and are subject to change. We will provide you with an accurate quote for the service you have requested once we have spoken to you and received all information we need to assess the volume and type of work required. In some instances a visit to your property may be needed to make sure we give you correct costing information and there are no unpleasant surprises for all parties involved.

3. We encourage the use of green cleaning solutions and non-toxic products. However, not all property conditions will allow us to achieve the desired results without strong chemicals. We will communicate this with you upon assessing your premises and the work that needs to be done. The choice then lies with you whether you want us to clean with eco-friendly materials which may have limited cleaning power or opt for standard chemical products to achieve optimal results.

4. You MUST let us know if you or anyone in your property has any allergies prior to booking a service. Our eco-friendly products are safe for humans and pets, however, standard cleaning chemicals can cause allergic reactions, skin irritation or respiratory problems.

5. You MUST let us know if there will be pets in the property during the cleaning visit.

6. We are fully insured against accidental property damage and theft during the provision of our professional service. The cover is extended to all employees of Perfect Pro Cleaning Ltd. We assume no responsibility for any damage or material loss that has occurred as a result of your or a third party's activity on your premises.

7. Payment for our services is expected upon completion of the job. We accept cash at the end of our cleaning visit or bank transfer payment within 24 hours after we have sent you an electronic invoice. Please state your preferred payment method at the time of booking. Failure to pay any outstanding fees for completed services will result in us taking the relevant legal action.

8. Complaints are accepted up to 24 hours after completion of work.
